LOVE YOUR SELF. Begin by loving yourself and talking to yourself the way you would to an adorable child. Become aware and change your sabotaging self-talk.

WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DON’T WANT, FLIP IT INTO WHAT YOU DO WANT. It always seems easier to notice what you don’t want. Begin to write down what you don’t want and then you can write the opposite which is what you really want.

WHEN REACTING TO A CHALLENGING SITUATION OR PERSON. Learn a transformation process to become adept at feeling and identifying your feelings, finding the deeper truth under the feelings, and transforming them into your mature wise self. For example, if someone is treating us poorly, we can get to the deeper truth of what we believe about our self that we allow ourselves to be treated poorly and create a new more positive way of being.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO CREATE CURRENT HABITS, BELIEFS, ATTITUDES. Be Patient while you cultivate new habits, beliefs, attitudes in alignment with your life of excellence intention that you stand committed to grow and practice daily of seeing with new eyes. We can only change our perception, we cannot change another. When we become responsible for our actions and responses, we can become emotionally intelligent, heal old wounds, resentments, traumas, and free our self through love and forgiveness.

CHANGING OUR FOCUS FROM WHAT’S WRONG TO WHAT WE APPRECIATE. When we spend our day being grateful for everything that appears in our life and appreciating all, we then begin to attract what we appreciate rather than more of what is wrong. Notice and appreciate the many blessings you do have. Energy flows where attention goes.

YOU DESERVE THE BEST. You deserve the best and it is time for you to fully embrace your potential and create and embrace the life you were meant to live.

Your adventure to embrace your dreams and vision will have several steps. Embracing and crafting a new life is an adventure like finding money or an Easter egg hunt.

Knowing where you are going gives you the destination you are yearning to get to. (this is more about the quality of life you are seeking, i.e. more time to play golf; more time with spouse and family; time to socialize, learn, and grow; time to paint, dance, sing, build, or craft; time to help others by sharing your time and knowledge.)

Now you have your treasure map to where you are going. On this new adventure, what will you take with you and what will you come to completion with and leave behind.
As you plant new seeds, you will want to nurture and nourish them to thrive and flourish.
